Love The Cause?
Our organization is deeply grateful to our generous sponsors, whose contributions enable us to continue providing this annual financial literacy conference at no cost to Idaho women, year after year.
This year, we have decided to launch a new way to contribute to our annual conference. A donation category we have named “Love the Cause” for those who want to contribute a monetary amount of their choosing because they simply, love the cause!

Our annual conference is held at the Boise Centre at 850 W. Front St. in Downtown Boise at the corner of 9th and Front in the area known locally as the Grove (due to its location in the Grove Plaza).
Unfortunately, the Boise Centre does not operate its own parking garage so there is no event-specific parking available for attendees. Additionally, there will be no discounted or free parking validation provided for conference attendees either.
In order to allow you to best plan ahead logistically and cost-wise, the closest parking to the Boise Centre and those associated costs are outlined below for your reference.
9th & Front Street Garage: This garage is located directly across the street from the Boise Centre with an entrance on 9th Street. The first hour is free then the rate for any hour beyond that is $3 per hour with a daily weekday maximum of $15.
Please note: Free motorcyle parking is available on the first floor and EV charging stations are available on the second floor. The EV charging costs $2 per hour for the first three hours and $40 an hour for four or more hours.
10th & Front Street Garage: This garage is located across 9th Street from the Boise Centre and is attached to Hotel 43 with an entrance at 230 S. 10th Street. The first hour is free then the rate for any hour beyond that is $3 per hour with a daily weekday maximum of $15.
Please note: Motorcyles are not permitted and there is no EV charging available.
Capitol and Main Garage: This garage is on Main and Idaho with an entrance at 770 W. Main Street on the other side of the block where the Boise Centre resides. The first hour is free then the rate for any hour beyond that is $3 per hour with a daily weekday maximum of $15.
Please note: Motorcyles are not permitted and there is no EV charging available.
For other ParkBOI parking lots and garages, as well The Car Park parking, please be aware that prices can and will vary based on location.

After receiving feedback from attendees last year, we have decided to go fully digital.
This year, we will be utilizing the platform Luma - we recommend downloading the app from the App Store if you are planning on attending the conference! With Luma, you will be able to refer back to your choice of sessions at registration, your lunch preference, and a day of agenda. We will also be sending information, updates, and reminders through Luma's "blasts" feature!
Additionally, please note that the earliest the doors open day-of will be 7:30 a.m with no exceptions. Please plan accordingly!

Between our team's comprehensive efforts and our sponsors' generous contributions, you should have most of what you'll need for conference day available to you at either our Registration tables or at the conference tables in the main room. This includes pens and notebooks for any notes you wish to take, as well as print-outs of the conference's day-of schedule, and any additional materials needed for speakers' activities.
Thanks to our Luncheon Keynote Sponsor, lunch and light refreshments are provided at no cost for all attendees. You will be provided the lunch option you chose when you registered online!
As for other items - please feel free to bring water bottles, light snacks, notebooks, any necessary medication you may need throughout the day, and other items of the like.
We politely ask that you leave any professional or large personal camera equipment at home and be mindful of any technology you bring that could potentially be disruptive to other attendees and our speakers.
Please note, all ADA Compliant Service Animals are welcome. Any Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) or pets will not be admitted.

Any and all women are welcome to attend!
Men are welcome to attend, as well. However, it is important to note that the content of this conference will be woman-driven.
For a minimum age, we recommend that no younger than highschool age(s) attend due to the advanced nature of some of the topics covered in a number of our breakout sessions.
Please note, we reserve the right to remove anyone at any time at our discretion.

We could not pull off this event without our numerous volunteers who either assist us in the days before the conference and/or the day of the conference.
Roles in the lead up to the event can range from helping with prep work, stuffing folders for our conference tables and similar tasks.
Roles the day of can range from greeting conference attendees at the door, helping out at the Registration tables, passing out conference materials and other tasks.
Each year, there is a Sign Up Genius link created for individuals and businesses looking to volunteer. If you'd like to get more information on volunteer opportunities or to sign up for a volunteering role, please contact Beth Weedon at beth@ja-utah.org.

We are always looking for new businesses to get involved with our conference and there are numerous ways to do so!
As stated in the question prior, businesses can volunteer to assist with conference prep and/or help on the day of the conference.
Outside of volunteering, businesses are encouraged to become a sponsor. This is ideal for those looking to become a speaker, those interested in having an exhibit booth at our conference, or those looking to display an ad on our conference materials. We offer different tiers of sponsorship based on specific contribution amounts with all tiers offering varying benefits and forms of recognition for your business. Sponsorship tiers range anywhere from a business being a Title Sponsor or Keynote Speaker Sponsor to a business coming in at our Gold, Silver, or Bronze tiers. Additionally, we offer opportunities for a business to be a Luncheon Keynote Sponsor, a Women of Influence Sponsor, or a Panel of Experts Sponsor. For a full breakdown and a contact form, please visit our Sponsors page at the very top of our website.
Outside of sponsorship, businesses whom wish to get involved because they simply love our cause are encouraged to donate via our "Donate here!" button located in the middle of the homepage in the "Love the Cause?" section.
For any other inquiries regarding getting involved, please contact Bibiana at either that contact form at the top of the Sponsors page or via her email bibiana@savvywomenid.com.
