Keynote

LINDSEY HOPKINS

I’m a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in the Seattle area, and I’ve spent the last 15 years building businesses rooted in people. I moved to Boise in 2006 to attend Boise State University and studied Kinesiology, but after graduating, I took a different path—one that started with a coffee shop and a bigger vision to build something meaningful.

Today, I lead Caffeina Coffee Roasters and drive Twelve Barr Hospitality. At the core of everything we do is a simple belief: we’re in the people business. Craft beverage, real food, styled events, and spaces are just the way we show up—but serving people is the why behind it all.

I’m an all-in kind of person. I move fast, I go deep, and I care a lot. I dive in headfirst—into business, ideas, hobbies, and anything that sparks something. I’m driven by the pull to create—to take what’s felt and imagined and bring it to life. The people closest to me keep me honest in that pursuit. They’re my pace-setters and my grounding force, reminding me that building something meaningful is just as much about presence as it is momentum. My family has been part of this from the start, and I’m anchored by two siblings, an incredible mom, and a chosen family that’s woven into every chapter of this story.

Work and life don’t really separate for me—they live under the same hat. I’m usually moving between the rhythm of business and the things that keep me grounded: yoga, time with my dog, and chasing trails—dirt or snow, depending on the season. I’m an avid reader, a big believer in rest, and someone who feels most inspired when I’m out experiencing the world. Getting outside, traveling, and staying curious all shape how I show up—as a human and as a creator. I care deeply about living fully and doing it in a way that’s honest and undeniable.

At the end of the day, I’m a dreamer who knows how to make a plan and go after it.
